Ravenel Associates has provided professional community management throughout the Lowcountry since 1985, helping associations protect property values, manage day-to-day operations, and create stronger communities. With decades of experience and a large portfolio of properties throughout the Charleston area, the company needed a website that better reflected the reputation and level of service behind the Ravenel Associates name.

Our team partnered with Ravenel Associates to completely redesign its digital presence around a cleaner visual identity, stronger messaging, and a more intuitive user experience. The new site creates clear pathways for homeowners, attorneys and lenders, prospective communities, and existing clients while making important resources and information easier to access.

A major focus of the project was reorganizing and modernizing Ravenel Associates’ extensive community portfolio. The new community directory gives visitors a visual way to explore the properties the company serves while individual community pages provide direct access to community contacts, documents, and other important information.

The finished website combines a timeless Lowcountry aesthetic with modern functionality, responsive design, and a more deliberate content structure. From strategy and messaging to design and development, the goal was to create a digital presence that reflects Ravenel Associates’ history while positioning the company for its next chapter of growth.
